Our journey commenced when our Founder, Eric Ng embarked on an ambitious venture in the latter half of 2022, aiming to establish a distinct real estate asset class in Malaysia.
In less than 2 years since Eric initiated this endeavor, we have achieved significant milestones, accumulating numerous projects and assets. We take immense pride in our diversified portfolio, meticulously curated to encompass both property development and investment sectors. Our approach is anchored in a commitment to balanced growth and risk management, enabling us to seize opportunities while maintaining stability.
Within the property development sector, we actively pursue projects aligned with our vision for sustainable and innovative urban spaces. Our portfolio comprises Purpose-Built Workers Accommodations (PBWA), and logistics warehouses and manufacturing hubs.
